This traditional Cornish farmhouse is slightly elevated, with front and rear gardens. It has magnificent views across rural countryside, located close to Truro and The Roseland Peninsula.

The Farmhouse has a traditional layout, entering via a large porch into the main hallway. On the ground floor there is a spacious modern kitchen/dining area and large family living room with triple aspect windows. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and utility area. It has it's own private garden and patio area at the rear, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Outdoors
Set in a slightly elevated position, the Farmhouse has it's own parking, plus private front and rear gardens, including a patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There are plenty of surrounding countryside walks and easy access to Cornwall's capital, Truro.
On Your Doorstep
The Farmhouse is located at Tresemple, whose recorded history dates back to 1278. Tre is a common prefix in Cornish place names, meaning 'farm'. Managed by the Duchy of Cornwall, the neighbouring tenant farm tends to the surrounding fields and has a number of projects including The Farmyard Market, every Saturday from 9am. Less than 5 minutes by car is Truro, a small city dominated by the three spires of the Victorian built Truro Cathedral.
Tresemple is located close to the Fal River, which is tidal. It is known for its natural beauty, deep estuary and historical importance. It rises at St Austell, flows southward through countryside and woodland, including the area around Tregothnan Estate and Duchy of Cornwall. It eventually enters the sea at Falmouth, one of the largest natural harbours in the world. Falmouth is approximately 20 minutes drive by car. There are day boats from Truro to St Mawes, Flushing and Falmouth.

Tresemple Farmhouse’s welcoming sitting room has a gas feature fireplace, comfortable furniture, with French doors leading out to the rear garden.
To keep everyone entertained there is a Smart TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games.
EATING
The farmhouse kitchen has a large table and is equipped with a range cooker with double oven and induction hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.
SLEEPING
There are three bedrooms, at the front there is one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom, both with king size beds and sweeping views across countryside. There is a twin bedroom at the rear, with the option of zip and link super king upon request prior to arrival, featuring Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING
A family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Ensuite to master bedroom, bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin. Downstairs, WC and handbasin off the utility room.
DOG FRIENDLY
Tresemple Farmhouse is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Tresemple is close to the Fal River, which is a haven for wildlife and birds. With two excellent local pubs, The Wheel Inn in Tresillian and The Heron Inn at Malpas, it has everything you need on your doorstep.
