Restormel Retreat
Tuesday 28th April - Friday 1st May 2026
A transformational retreat in leadership and nature connection. Join us for a four day retreat in the heart of Cornwall, staying at Restormel Manor, a place of timeless beauty and deeply rooted to the past, present and future.
The essence of Awakened Leadership
Awakened Leadership is a transformational retreat shaped by the storied landscape of the Restormel Valley and the timeless presence of Restormel Castle. It offers a rare pause from the pace and pressure of modern life. Immersed in living systems that renew and evolve with each season, leadership is reimagined as an awakened practice of conscious leadership - of self, of others and of the wider web of life. The valley’s layered history, formed by water, woodland and human story, invites reflection through the lens of deep time, reminding us that the choices made today shape our shared future and the planet.
Why this is needed now
We are living through ecological and social disruption, traditional leadership no longer meets the depth of change required. Leaders need space to listen and discern direction with awareness and long-term vision. Awakened Leadership creates that space, strengthening the capacity to act with systemic understanding. Nature becomes mentor, guiding a regenerative mindset to influence lasting change.
What you will experience
Across four days and three nights, the retreat weaves inner renewal with deep insight and tools for lasting impact. Guided time on the land, immersive workshops and fireside conversations sit alongside spacious reflection. Each element is designed to awaken clarity and vision, inspiring profound transformation and cultivating regenerative leadership rooted in purpose and stewardship of the planet.
The Restormel Valley Leadership Retreat offers this rare space. Immersed in its landscape and heritage, you will ground your leadership in nature's rhythms and leave feeling renewed, ready to make a difference, with confidence and clear purpose.
