All properties have an enclosed garden, making it dog-friendly. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor entertaining.

The Tresemple properties are a brand-new collection so the gardens are still maturing.

On Your Doorstep

Tresemple Farms history dates back to 1278. Tre is a common prefix in Cornish place names, meaning 'farm'. Managed by the Duchy of Cornwall, the neighbouring tenant farm tends to the surrounding fields and has a number of projects including The Farmyard Market, every Saturday from 9am. Less than 5 minutes by car is Truro, a small city dominated by the three spires of the Victorian built Truro Cathedral.

Tresemple is located close to the Fal River, which is tidal. It is known for its natural beauty, deep estuary and historical importance. It rises at St Austell, flows southward through countryside and woodland, including the area around Tregothnan Estate and Duchy of Cornwall. It eventually enters the sea at Falmouth, one of the largest natural harbours in the world. Falmouth is approximately 20 minutes drive by car. There are day boats from Truro to St Mawes, Flushing and Falmouth.

Located less than a mile from the centre of Truro, it is conveniently placed for exploring Cornwall's capital, its riverways, Falmouth and The Roseland, it also gives you the choice of north or south coasts to explore.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Tresemple is close to the Fal River, which is a haven for wildlife and birds. With two excellent local pubs, The Wheel Inn in Tresillian and The Heron Inn at Malpas, it has everything you need on your doorstep.
