All Duchy cottages have TVs, a range of books and board games. Kitchens are well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, double oven, microwave and a full range of modern cookware. Carefully tended gardens each feature a barbeque and quality garden furniture.

Our properties are all-inclusive with central heating and a generous supply of towels and linen. All electricity and heating, including logs from our own woodlands, are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries.

When you arrive at one of our cottages, you’ll be welcomed by a selection of local and FairTrade products. Our Cornish properties typically provide freshly ground coffee, tea, milk, jam, biscuits, local apple juice, fresh scones and clotted cream.
Our amazing housekeeping team is directly employed and managed by the Duchy of Cornwall to ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained at all of our properties. Our team members take personal ownership of our cottages; something you’ll notice from their presentation, cleanliness and little touches like fresh flowers often sourced straight from the cottage gardens.
