From ice-skating to night time illuminations, we've highlighted some of the wonderful activities to do across the county, during this festive season. Take a look at our guide.
Mousehole Harbour Lights
An annual tradition, these famous harbour lights in the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, in West Cornwall, are a must-see. Started in 1963, this annual event is run completely by volunteers. The lights are switched on in December and stay on until early January.
The ice rink has returned to the Eden Project, open now until 18th February 2024.
Fun for all the family with family focused skating, plus parent and toddler sessions, as well as general skating times. You can also book ice skating lessons on selected evenings and mornings throughout the winter.

The Heligan Night Garden returns, a magical, after hours journey through the gardens, with new lanterns, lights and illuminations. A beautiful event for all the family to enjoy, the Heligan shop is also open and you can eat festive treats from the festive tasting counter.
