Harris Cottage has been sensitively refurbished to preserve its traditional character, creating a comfortable base for your holiday.
A comfortable sitting/dining room with a log burner and well-stocked bookcases awaits. The cottage has high-quality soft furnishings, a TV, DVD player, hi-fi and an ample supply of DVDs and board games.
The traditional slate-flagged galley kitchen has been equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, double oven and a wide selection of modern cookware, crockery, glassware and cookbooks.
The large first floor bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen.
The first floor en-suite shower room has a walk in shower, WC and wash basin, electric towel rail and recessed lighting.
Just outside the kitchen door, the rear terrace and garden are ideal for enjoying the cottage’s extensive views and southerly aspect. Quality garden furniture and a barbecue are provided, and the garden is fenced and suitable for dogs.
Harris Cottage is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.

Harris Cottage has far reaching views over Duchy farmland and is discretely positioned at the end of a private road. It is within very easy reach of the spectacular north coast, with its excellent swimming and surfing beaches. The popular resort of Newquay is just a mile away, with the Duchy’s pioneering urban extension to the town, ‘Nansledan’, a comfortable walk from the house.
