Bowlan’s spacious open plan sitting room has a wood burner and comfortable furniture, and enjoys views over the courtyard garden. Here you’ll find a Smart TV, DVD player, Roberts Radio, books and board games. A staircase leads off the sitting room to the first floor.
The dining kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. A washing machine and dryer are located in an adjoining utility room.
There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom, featuring comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
A family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail, while downstairs there is a ground floor cloakroom.
The cottage has a securely fenced garden with quality garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a children’s play area, an orchard and extensive grounds to explore.
Bowlan is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
“Bowlan was perfect for our family with teenage children and a dog. We were near the North Coast beaches and attractions, had a great day cycling on the Camel Trail to Padstow and there were some great walks for our dog. The cottage was beautiful and so thoughtfully furnished and equipped.”

Bowlan is located on Loskeyle Farm amidst beautiful Duchy countryside in the north of Cornwall. Less than half a mile away you’ll find the start of the famous Camel Trail, a cycle route running all the way to Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. Loskeyle is surrounded by the pretty villages of St Tudy, St Breward and Blisland, with local shops and excellent real ale pubs.
The North Coast beaches are only 10-15 minutes away, with popular options including Polzeath, Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and Tintagel.
