Pawton Mill Farmhouse is located 1 Mile West of Wadebridge in a secluded wooded valley, approximately 7 miles from Padstow. The cottage is ideally placed to explore the North Cornwall Coast with its breath taking views, magnificent sandy beaches and excellent surfing and body boarding opportunities.
The Camel Trail for cyclists is less than a mile from the cottage and links Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. There are many restaurants to suit all tastes in the area from cosy country pubs to renowned sea food restaurants.

Pawton Mill Farmhouse has been sensitively refurbished to retain the traditional character of the property whilst providing a comfortable, well equipped and homely base for an enjoyable holiday.
Pawton Mill Farmhouse has a large garden to the front and rear of the property, fenced to provide a secure play area for young visitors. The garden has three distinct areas, a quiet simple garden to the front of the house, the garden to the rear which is glorious and retains the well loved herbacious borders which have been established over many decades, lawn and a lovely weeping willow. The rear garden is fenced to provide a secure play area for younger visitors. There is also an extensive off road parking area and wild flower meadow with paths cut through ideal for older children to burn off excess energy. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
The entrance porch leads to a tastefully furnished sitting / dining room with slate floor, subtle lighting, open fire and high quality soft furnishings. Flat screen TV with DVD player and hi-fi. An ample supply of DVDs, board games and books are supplied.
The traditional kitchen has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, double oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc. A washing machine, tumble dryer and ground floor shower room lead off from the kitchen.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor. Comprising master bedroom with king size bed, twin bedroom and single bedroom. The timber panelled bathroom is located on the first floor, has traditional sanitary ware, bath with shower over.
Pawton Mill Farmhouse has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries.
We regret that pets cannot be accommodated and smoking within the house is not permitted.
