Pawton Mill Farmhouse is located  1 Mile West of Wadebridge in a secluded wooded valley, approximately 7 miles from Padstow. The cottage is ideally placed to explore the North Cornwall Coast with its breath taking views, magnificent sandy beaches and excellent surfing and body boarding opportunities.

The Camel Trail for cyclists is less than a mile from the cottage and links Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. There are many restaurants to suit all tastes in the area from cosy country pubs to renowned sea food restaurants.

A fine example of a traditional Cornish Cottage, with slate flagged floors and exposed timber ceilings to the ground floor. Pawton Mill has been sensitively refurbished to retain the traditional character of the property whilst providing a comfortable, well equipped and homely base for an enjoyable holiday.

Pawton Mill has a large garden to the front and rear of the property, fenced to provide a secure play area for young visitors. Garden furniture, and a barbecue are provided.
