Little House is located in The Town, Bryher, with panoramic views of the islands of Tresco and St Mary's.

Little House is  a newly constructed  contemporary dwelling. The property is a beautifully furnished and well equipped base for an enjoyable holiday.

Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite shower. Bedrooms are located on the ground floor with living accommodation on the first floor.  Outside there is a small garden with garden furniture, and barbecue provided.

The open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room occupies the entire first floor of Little House and enjoys panoramic views of the sea and neighbouring islands. Beautifully furnished with oak floor, subtle lighting, wood burning stove (fuel is supplied free of charge) & high quality soft furnishings. Flat screen TV with video, DVD player and hi-fi. An ample supply of DVDs, board games and books are also supplied.

The kitchen has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, integrated hob, oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc.

Little House has electric heating and  towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating is included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries. There are no hidden extras.

We regret that pets cannot be accommodated and smoking within the house is not permitted.
