| TRENDEAL BARN, LADOCK, NEAR TRURO – SLEEPS 6 PLUS COSTS
Works are now nearing completion to convert a redundant farm barn into a three bedroom barn conversion sleeping six plus cots which is available from August 2007. Trendeal barn is located at the edge of the small Hamlet of Trendeal near Ladock and is only approximately 8 miles form Truro. Located within our Arrallas Estate, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views over beautiful Cornish countryside and explore the local countryside and our extensive woodland trails. Grazing for horses is also available by arrangement with our farm tenant. Trendeal is well positioned to access all the main attractions and is only minutes from the Eden Projectand many of the famous gardens on the South cost including Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick and Caerhayes. Falmouth and the National Maritime Museum are easily accessible as are the North & South Coasts with both coasts less than 10 miles from Trendeal. The accommodation at Trendeal comprises an open plan sitting room / dining room and kitchen with a ground floor cloak room and utility. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a master bedroom en suite shower room, a separate family bathroom and two twin bed rooms. |
