All our cottages have large private gardens complete with furniture and barbecues. Originally built as a farm labourers cottage, we have made every effort to retain the simple nature of the interior and period features. The front door opens on to the slate floored sitting / dining room with wood burning stove, underfloor heating, subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, flat screen TV with DVD player and hi-fi. Quality books DVD's and games are also provided. To the rear is a slate floored galley kitchen, which has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, double oven microwave and cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc. The large first floor bedroom has a king size four poster bed with an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and recessed lighting.
