A Royal Welcome for Holiday Makers at Llwynywermod

Llwynywermod sits within 192 acres of farmland with beautiful views over historic parkland near Myddfai, Llandovery in Carmarthenshire and is ideally located for exploring mid Wales and the Brecon Beacons.

The properties have been painstakingly renovated using local Welsh materials and craftsmen. The interiors are furnished with a mixture of period and contemporary furniture, using local Welsh textiles, blankets, quilts and art.

The North Range sleeps six and includes a flag stoned sitting room/dining room with stone fireplace; a comprehensively equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The West Range is similarly designed, with two bedrooms.

As with all Duchy of Cornwall properties sustainability was of paramount importance in the renovation. Sheep’s wool insulation, hemp plaster, natural materials and paints were all used on the property. Heating and hot water are supplied from a wood chip boiler and electricity is provided from a renewable source.
