This beautiful barn conversion overlooks Restormel Manor’s internal courtyard garden and is a firm favourite with guests.

**The swimming pool complex at Restormel will be closed from Monday 15th April - Friday 24th May for Maintenance**

LIVING

Warricks has an open-plan sitting room/dining kitchen with a wood burner and comfortable contemporary furniture. You’ll also find a TV, DVD player, Roberts Radio and board games.

EATING

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double ovens and ceramic hob, a fridge freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wide selection of modern cookware, crockery, glassware and cookbooks.

SLEEPING

Warricks has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. All of our bedrooms have comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING

There is a well-equipped en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC. The en-suite shower room has a shower, WC and wash basin. Both the bathroom and shower room have a heated towel rail and recessed lighting.

GARDEN

Warricks has a private garden area reached through the sitting room, with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a private terrace area that is accessed from the master bedroom and contained in what was formerly the bull pen.

LEISURE

Warricks has full access to the extensive leisure facilities at Restormel Manor, including an indoor heated swimming pool with steam room and sauna, children’s play area, tennis court and games room.

Location

Warricks is located at Restormel Manor, in the tranquil countryside of the Fowey Valley, and only one mile from the attractive medieval town of Lostwithiel with its collection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

The cottage is only a pleasant stroll from the Duchy Nursery with its excellent café, shop and plants.

A peaceful retreat surrounded by extensive woodland walks, it is close to Cornwall’s beautiful south coast and within easy travel distance of the rugged north coast, meaning you can explore the whole of Cornwall or simply relax.
