Warricks is a beautiful barn conversion accessed from the internal courtyard. Warricks has views towards the river and overlooking the internal courtyard which is pleasantly landscaped and quality garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
The former bull pen has been refurbished to form an enclosed courtyard.
The accommodation comprises an oak floored open plan sitting room / dining room and kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en suite bath room and 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
The living area has a wood burning stove (logs are supplied free of charge from our own woodlands), subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, flat screen digital TV with DVD player and hi-fi. Quality books DVD's and games are also provided.
The traditional painted kitchen has slate worktops and has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, combined washer dryer, double oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc.
There is a double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath room with access to a private courtyard with garden furniture.
The twin bedroom and en suite shower room over look the attractively landscaped courtyard.
Warricks has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries. Wireless internet broadband is available.
Complimentary fishing is also available on the River Fowey adjacent to Restormel Manor (subject to season and availability).
Smoking within the house is not permitted.
