LIVING

Staniforth has an open-plan sitting room/dining kitchen with traditional wooden beams, a wood burner and comfortable contemporary furniture. A good supply of books and board games is set aside for relaxed days, along with a large smart TV, DVD player and Roberts Radio.

EATING

The kitchen contains an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, a fridge freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks.

SLEEPING

There are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom on a single level. All of our bedrooms have comfortable beds with high-quality Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING

A well-equipped family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

GARDEN

Staniforth has its own garden area in the adjacent courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue provided. The courtyard garden has been designed to provide each cottage with a private outdoor space, nestled within a mature planting scheme of flowers, trees and shrubs.

LEISURE

While staying at Staniforth, guests have full access to the leisure facilities at Restormel Manor, including a heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, children’s play area, tennis court and games room.

The pool is fantastic and the kids love the playground. Being surrounded by fields full of sheep and lambs is an unexpected bonus. Huge recommendation for families or couples.”

Tucked within the Fowey Valley countryside, Staniforth is just one mile from the shops and restaurants of Lostwithiel and ten miles from the popular coastal town of Fowey.

Also nearby is the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery, reached through the Restormel woodland, and the Eden Project and Lanhydrock estate, which are both within 20 minutes by car.
