Set amidst farmland but just 1 mile outside the popular resort of Newquay, this very pretty typically Cornish cottage has been painstakingly restored utilising traditional materials and techniques. The interior has been refurbished with the assistance of leading interior designers to retain the character of the property whilst providing a well equipped and homely base for an enjoyable holiday.

The entrance porch leads to a well equipped slate floored traditional kitchen / dining room which has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, double oven, microwave and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc. A Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and ground floor shower room lead off from the kitchen.
The cosy, oak-floored sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove (logs are supplied free of charge from our own woodlands), subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, flat screen TV with DVD player and hi-fi. An ample supply of DVDs, games and books is supplied.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, comprising master bedroom with king size bed, and a twin bedroom. The timber panelled bathroom is located on the first floor and has traditional sanitary ware, bath with shower over. The bathroom and shower room have heated towel rails and recessed lighting.
No.1 Gustivean Cottage has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff together with welcome pack and complimentary toiletries.
Regrettably pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
