Hutchings is a beautiful barn conversion accessed via its own private garden. There are views overlooking an internal courtyard which is pleasantly landscaped and quality garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
The accommodation at comprises an oak floored open plan sitting room / dining room and kitchen, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with family bathroom.
The living area has a wood burning stove (logs are supplied free of charge from our own woodlands), subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, 42 inch flat screen digital TV with DVD player and hi-fi. Quality books DVD's and games are also provided.
The traditional painted kitchen has slate worktops and has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, combined washer dryer, double oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc.
There is a double bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has traditional sanitary ware, bath with shower over.
Hutchings Cottage has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries. Wireless internet broadband is available.
Hutchings has full access to the extensive leisure facilities at Restormel Manor including an indoor heated swimming pool, childrens play area, tennis court and games room.
Complimentary fishing is also available on the River Fowey adjacent to Restormel Manor (subject to season and availability).
Smoking within the house is not permitted.
We regret dogs cannot be accommodated.
