This beautiful barn conversion sits within the Restormel estate, overlooking the parkland and River Fowey to the front of Restormel Manor.
**The swimming pool complex at Restormel will be closed from Monday 15th April - Friday 24th May for Maintenance**
Hext has an open-plan sitting room/dining kitchen with a wood burner and comfortable contemporary furniture. The cottage has a TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games for quieter moments.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need, including an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Here you’ll also find a wide selection of modern cookware, crockery, glassware and cookbooks.
Hext has two comfortable bedrooms: a double room with king size bed and en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom.
Although not connected, please note that the master bedroom for Diggery is located above Hexts main bedroom.
A well-equipped family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC, while the double bedroom has a separate en-suite shower room. Both the bathroom and shower room have heated towel rails and recessed lighting.
Hext has a private garden area in the courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue provided. This pretty courtyard garden has been designed to provide each cottage with a secluded space within the mature planting scheme, which incorporates a variety of flowers, trees and shrubs.
Guests at Hext can take full advantage of the leisure facilities at Restormel Manor, which include a heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, tennis court, games room and outdoor play area.

Nestled within woodland in the peaceful Fowey Valley, Hext is set only one mile from the historic town of Lostwithiel and around 30 minutes from Fowey by car.
Just a short walk away through the woods is the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery, which serves excellent food and drink during the daytime, alongside its shop and plant ranges.
