Diggery is a beautiful barn conversion with beautiful twin aspect views overlooking the Manor parkland towards the River Fowey and to the internal courtyard which is pleasantly landscaped. Quality garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
The accommodation at Diggery comprises an oak floored open plan sitting room / dining room and kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en suite bath room and 1 twin bedroom with family bathroom.
The living area has a wood burning stove (logs are supplied free of charge from our own woodlands), subtle lighting and high quality soft furnishings, 42 inch flat screen digital TV with DVD player and hi-fi. Quality books DVD's and games are also provided.
The traditional painted kitchen has slate worktops and has been comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, combined washer dryer, double oven and all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware, cook books etc.
There is a double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath room located at first floor level within a tower with a lovely view of Restormel Castle. The twin bedroom and family bathroom are located on the ground floor. The family bathroom has traditional sanitary ware, bath with shower over.
Diggery has full central heating and towels and linen are provided. All electricity and heating including logs are included in the tariff, together with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries. Wireless internet broadband is available.
Diggery has full access to the extensive leisure facilities at Restormel Manor including an indoor heated swimming pool, childrens play area, tennis court and games room.
Complimentary fishing is also available on the River Fowey adjacent to Restormel Manor (subject to season and availability).
Smoking within the house is not permitted.
