Cardinan has an open-plan sitting room/dining kitchen with a wood burner and comfortable contemporary furniture. For relaxed days and quiet evenings in, you’ll find a TV, DVD player, Roberts Radio, books and board games
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, a fridge freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wide selection of cookware, crockery and cookbooks.
Cardinan’s three bedrooms all overlook the tranquil inner courtyard and contain comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen. A double bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, while two rooms include twin beds.
There is a well-equipped family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a wash basin and a WC. A separate en-suite shower room is reached through the double bedroom. Both the bathroom and shower room have heated towel rails and recessed lighting.
Cardinan has a private, walled garden area, featuring a barbecue and garden furniture. A glazed door leads from the master bedroom to the inner courtyard garden, which is packed with flowers, trees and shrubs and attracts a number of birds.
During your stay, you can enjoy full use of the extensive leisure facilities at Restormel Manor, including an indoor heated swimming pool with steam room and sauna, children’s play area, tennis court and games room. Of all our courtyard cottages, Cardinan sits closest to the pool and leisure facilities.

The town of Lostwithiel, just one mile away, is one of Cornwall’s ancient stannary towns and has become well known for its antiques shops and fairs. Nearby Restormel Castle, once a residence of the Earls of Cornwall, dates back to the 13th century and offers panoramic views of the local countryside.
