Restormel Cottage
A perfect retreat surrounded by extensive woodland walks, close to Cornwall’s beautiful South coast and within easy travel distance of the rugged North coast.
Lostwithiel itself is steeped in history and renowned for its friendliness. There are quaint streets to explore and the town has a large number of excellent antique shops, art galleries and excellent restaurants and several friendly pubs also with good reputations for bar meals.

Pawton Mill
Pawton Mill Farmhouse is located  1 Mile West of Wadebridge in a secluded wooded valley, approximately 7 miles from Padstow. The cottage is ideally placed to explore the North Cornwall Coast with its breath taking views, magnificent sandy beaches and excellent surfing and body boarding opportunities.
The Camel Trail for cyclists is less than a mile from the cottage and links Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow with miles of level cycling ideal for children. There are many restaurants to suit all tastes in the area from cosy country pubs to renowned sea food restaurants.
Bodmin is 5 miles from Restormel Cottage 7 miles from Pawton Mill and is obviously close to Bodmin Moor and the notorious Beast of Bodmin! A market town with large supermarkets, Bodmin Jail, Steam Railway and direct access to the Camel Cycle Trail leading to Padstow.

Truro is approximately 30 – 40 minutes away from both properties with a wide range of excellent shops.
